At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Xu Ke, the founder and chairman of♦ Nanowin Suzhou, reviewed the company's history and developmenγt, and expressed his sincerest gratitude to the leaders, shareholders and friends who have loπng cared for and supported Nanowin's developmen±t. According to Mr. Xu Ke, Nanowin's headquarter construction project is located in Suz•hou Nano City, with a total construction area of about 34,000 square meters, which will ‌be built into an international R&D base for GaN single crystal materials and a production b≥ase for high-end products, with an expected annual output ≠of 50,000 GaN single crystal substrates and epitaxial wafers. He said that the rapid developmβent of Nanowin Suzhou is entirely due to the fertile soil ☆of Suzhou, and the construction of Nanowin headquarters building signifieφs that Nanowin Technology will make full efforts in marketing, production and R&D.

Ni Qian, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Directφor of the Management Committee of Suzhou Industrial Park, delivered a war​m speech and raised high expectations for Nanowin's development. He thanked Nαanowin Technology for its perseverance and dedication over the past ten years. He said  that the groundbreaking marked a new step in Nanowin's developm₩ent. The park will always adhere to innovation and promote the innovativ•e development of new industries, including third-generation semiconductors, and will conti✔nue to provide pro-business services to help Nanowin Technology and other outstanding e↓nterprises to accelerate their growth and provide a broader stage fo✔r innovative enterprises to help them grow bigger, better δand stronger as soon as possible.

Currently, third generation semiconductors are bringin♠g transformative momentum to a number of industries, and the φimportance of high quality single crystal substrates is becoming clearer and clearer.γ After more than a decade of exploration and practice, Nanowin& Technology has mastered the core technology for the industrialisation of GaN si>ngle crystal substrates and its products are in short supply. In the fu ture, all Nanowin people will continue to work hard and make efforts to realiz♣e the first and foremost tax revenue of RMB 2 million per mu, and create an i•nternationally influential R&D base and high-end produc≠t production base for third-generation semiconducto'rs!
